Privacy Policy Returns & Exchanges Policy
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. We WILL NOT accept returns/ exchanges if there is evidence that the shoes have been worn outdoors. Gucciid.com reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange that does not meet the conditions stated herein.

we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within one hour after your email is received. do NOT return the items to the original address, coz there will be no one there taking care of return / exchange or refunding.
Returns and exchanges packages sending back to gucciid.com must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the a lotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back. After we receive the package and inspection, please allow about 2-3 business days to process all returns and exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost to mail the items back to gucciid.com in original condition & packaging.
Return : Cause all the items we sell on the website are free shipping , so when buyer mail back the item, a $25 shipping & handing fees for the first item and $15 for each additional item will be retained to cover shipping charge. After inspection we will refund money to buyer’s （paypal/credit card）account in the amount he paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee.
* We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we can’t be responsible for lost shipments.
* Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. Gucciid.com receives payments in USD at the time of purchase and refund in USD at the time of refund. All currency conversions are done by Paypal/credit card.
Exchange: If u need to exchange another new style or size , a $23 for first pair and $17 for each additional item will be asked for shipping the exchanged items(s) back to buyer .

• All the payment done online , Gucciid.com accepts payment through PayPal , Credit card .
Shipping Policy
Usually We only ship to billing address for buyers (the address on file with your credit card company/Paypal account), this is in order to comply with our fraud prevention standards. Orders can sometimes be shipped to a different address, however, we will send you an e-mail for confirming the address first. Order will be refused if we haven’t received buyer’s reply within 3 calendar days from the date we send e-mail to buyer.
* We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications. But we will try our best to track for you and let you receive the order as soon as possible .
* Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on back order or out of stock.
Order Cancellation Policy
It will incur about $25 cancellation fee if Cancelling an order after it has been dispatched. We process all the orders as soon as possible, so we are not able to cancel an order after it have been dispatched. Cancellation request after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy.
